The Jamaican Star reports a Jamaican couple sought medical attention after the man was unable to remove his penis from the woman’s vagina during intercourse. Reportedly the woman had to be injected with a muscle relaxer to expel the penis; unfortunately it was a little too late to save the man’s penis. Oxygen and blood had stopped circulated resulting in amputation.

Cases of such are reported to be very rare in which the woman’s vaginal muscle spasm during intercourse trapping the man’s penis; a condition called Coitus Captivus. Dr. Bailey a medical doctor in Jamaica and past president of the Medical Association of Jamaica said when such cases arise the persons involve should seek medical attention immediately, the longer the wait the more severe the pain may get.
